A round trip, not a hand-off.
An ECG recorded against a patient in your record is sent to CardioBridge for interpretation. It is routed to a consultant cardiologist, who reviews the trace and signs a report. That report comes back to you — so the record stays the single source of truth, start to finish.
Nothing identifying leaves the EU/UK on the way: files upload directly to EU storage and all clinical calls run through EU edge functions.

CardioBridge is built on Semble.io as its clinical system of record. If your practice already runs on Semble, ECGs and reports flow through the platform you know.
If you use a different EMR or EHR, you are not locked out: the same EMR-inbound endpoint and REST API that connect Semble can connect your system too, so ECGs reach a consultant and reports return to wherever your team works.

The Semble to CardioBridge extension is a Chrome extension that adds a "Send to CardioBridge" button to a patient's Documents screen in Semble. An ECG goes straight to a consultant — no downloading and re-uploading.
It authenticates with your practice's CardioBridge API key and retrieves ECGs via Semble's official API, so a Semble API token (with read access to Patients and Patient documents) is also required.

- Open the extension's Options and paste your CardioBridge API key (from Integrations → API keys).
- Paste your Semble API token (Semble → Settings → API; needs read access to Patients and Patient documents).

CardioBridge Connect is a Chrome side panel that sits beside whatever software you already use — a web app, a desktop EMR, a PDF viewer, even a remote-desktop session — and takes the ECG by copy, paste, attach or screen-snip. The signed report comes back in the same panel.
It needs no integration work and no cooperation from your EMR vendor: it reads no page and asks for no host permissions, so it works where an API integration isn't available to you. It authenticates with the same CardioBridge API key — nothing else to provision.
